    Mandatory Check-in, Dinner & Speakers

    ATTENDANCE MANDATORY: This session coordinates all groups; everyone needs to be there.

    Food (Shortys!) is served. Prizes, judging criteria, and tracks are announced. Sponsors and student organizations are introduced.

  2. 6:00 PM
    Team Organization & Tech Setup

    Finalize team formations and ensure all development environments are ready. GitHub repositories and the event Discord will be set up as well. Prompt is announced and brainstorming begins.

    Coding Begins!

    Doors Open & Breakfast

    NOTE: The gate stays locked, and an event organizer must admit you whenever you arrive. Plan to be here by 8:00 AM for the simplest entry.

    Common Grounds coffee and Shipley Donuts provided to start the day.

    Beginner Session

    Introductory workshop and mentored coding (until 9:30 AM).

  3. 12:00 PM
    Lunch: Chick-fil-A

    CFA sandwiches served for all participants.

  4. 1:00 PM
    General Sprints

    Heads-down development for all tracks.

  5. 5:00 PM
    Final Countdown

    One-hour warning! Finalize commits and prepare your demos.

  6. 6:00 PM
    Dinner & Submission

    Raising Cane's dinner served. Hacking ends; all submissions must be uploaded.

    Pre-judging

    Two-minute pitch sessions begin (until 6:30 PM).

  7. 7:00 PM
    Final Judging & Awards

    Top projects from pre-judging present to the whole room, followed by the awards ceremony and closing remarks.
